Vidyanand Bedekar

Vidyanand is a Civil Engineer, he has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate sector. Started with small standalone projects and completed even big township. He is currently the President of CREDAI Kolhapur. His core strengths are project planning, timely project execution, strict quality control, right material selection and liasoning.

Aditya Bedekar

Aditya is a Chartered Accountant and also a post graduate in commerce has experience of 19 years. Aditya has rich corporate experience and has worked with companies like K Raheja Corp, Bombay Dyeing. He is a convener of Taxation Committee of CREDAI Maharashtra and member of RERA Committee of CREDAI National. His expertise is in the field of project finance, financial planning, compliances, marketing and legal work.
